Oral presentations

The oral presentations are restricted to a total of maximum 20 minutes (15 minutes + 5 minutes discussions). Overhead projectors, slide projectors and videoprojectors, as well as computers will be available in each room.

Posters

Posters should be no more than 75 cm wide 110 cm high (portrait orientation). Materials for fixing the posters will be available in the poster area.

Conference volume

The conference abstracts will be published in Studia Universitatis Babeş-Bolyai. The contributions will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Committee and the conveners.

Contributions will be accepted for publication only if the presenting author has paid the conference fee.

The abstract should be up to 4-6 pages, including the figures and tables. Please follow the Abstract template which is provided on the web page. Drawings (minimum 600 dpi resolution; tiff or jpg format) and colour/gray scale images (minimum 300 dpi) are allowed. The abstract should be sent in this order: first the text, after that figures in ascending order, and finally the tables, also in ascending order.
